For years, I devoted attention to creating solo albums of material, but in 2003, my attention turned towards treating my film soundtracks as official output. I never stopped writing and recording music, but my standards of what I felt was appropriate for an album changed over the years. My first official album, Help the Insane! from 1996, featured many rough edges and almost unlistenable tracks. At this time, as with contemporary Price Tag albums, I indiscriminately filled cassette tapes. By the time I started Turkey's Revenge three years later, my approach to music had completely changed; many months of revising and re-recording delayed its completion. These many albums, including the unfinished KOOKIE! and Cold and Flu, were the official markers of my musical progress as I developed from a clueless child to a capable musician.
